Singer Nicks Gets Restraining Order

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Stevie Nicks got a restraining order to keep away a mental patient who believes the singer is a witch who can heal him.

Superior Court Commissioner James Endman issued the order Tuesday against Ronald Anacelteo, who was released from a Colorado mental hospital a week ago.

Anacelteo believes ``that Ms. Nicks possesses a spiritual healing power that will enable him to get along with others and find a woman to marry,'' said Deputy Dan Davis of the Arapahoe County, Colo., sheriff's department.

Nicks lawyer Edwin McPherson sought the order after a psychiatric hospital notified him of the impending release of Anacelteo, who was being treated for schizophrenia.

McPherson didn't return phone calls to his office Tuesday.

The order bars Anacelteo from all concerts, venues and studios where the 50-year-old singer may be working or performing as well as her Los Angeles County home.
